Penerapan Manajemen Berbasis Nilai Islam dalam Pengelolaan PAUD
Abstract
This study examines the implementation of Islamic value-based management in early childhood education (PAUD). Islamic values in PAUD are not only reflected in the curriculum but must also be integrated into the institutional culture, learning practices, teacher modeling, and collaboration with families. Teachers act as primary role models, whose behaviors are observed and imitated by children, ensuring values such as amanah (trustworthiness), ihsan (excellence), and adab (etiquette) are internalized naturally. Islamic value-based management encompasses planning, implementation, and evaluation, emphasizing value-based routines, symbolic cues, and parental and community involvement. Evaluation is conducted through observation, portfolios, anecdotal records, and teacher reflections to monitor value internalization. The findings indicate that a systematic integration of Islamic values across all aspects of PAUD creates an effective, professional, and character-focused learning environment, allowing children to gain concrete and sustainable moral and spiritual experiences. This study provides both theoretical and practical frameworks for PAUD administrators in fostering an Islamic value-based educational culture.
